2 scoops of ice-cream – pistachio and lemon
1 green apple
Some walnuts
Dinner:
½ wheat bun with butter and salami
Tortellini with savoy cabbage in creamy sauce with walnuts and vegetable minced “meat”
Some chocolate ice-cream
A hand full of chewy sweets

1 astra beer and 2 radlers (beer with lemonade)

Dark chocolate filled with orange jelly

Today finally was one of the first spring days! Sun all day long :D
I visited the local library, cleaned my bike, did some stuff for university and watched the films “Eat, Pray, Love” and “The kids are all right”.
Tomorrow will be the first day of university in this semester, so I’m going to bed soon.
My food today:
Breakfast:

1 bowl of muesli with banana and almond butter
Lunch:
Sauteed brussel sprouts and other steamed mixed vegetables with mashed potatoes and a sauce made from milk, cornstarch, vegetable broth, nutmeg, salt and pepper
Dinner:
Leftovers from lunch
Late snack:
3 pieces of chocolate with nuts and raisins
1/2 cup of orange juice
